Policies

In-stock orders leave our Bozeman warehouse within two business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created.

Freight items such as bumpers, sliders and bed racks ship on a pallet with liftgate service included. Orders over $1,500 ship free anywhere in the contiguous United States; below that, freight is a flat $79.

We ship to the lower 48 by default. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders are quoted case by case — email us before ordering.

If a part does not fit the vehicle listed on its product page, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange or a full refund.

Unmounted, unmodified parts can be returned within 30 days in original packaging. Return freight on change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Special-order and custom-powder-coat items are non-returnable once production begins.

Steel and aluminum armor is backed for life against weld failure under normal trail use. Powder coat carries a five-year warranty against cracking and flaking.

Warranty does not cover collision damage, improper installation, or corrosion caused by road salt without care.

Claims are handled by email with photos of the affected area. Most replacements ship the same week.

We collect only what we need to fulfil an order: your name, email, phone, and shipping address. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and never reach our servers.

We do not sell customer data. Order records are kept for warranty and tax purposes.

To have your data removed, email us and we will delete everything except records we are legally required to keep.
